Job Title: Support Worker - Early Intervention Programming

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Wenson Support Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to at-risk youth in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs
  • Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs
  • Implement behaviour management programs to support client well-being
  • Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to promote client growth and development
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client support

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
