About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Services Aide to join our team at Sardion Care Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring patients receive nutritious and delicious meals.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Deliver messages and reports between departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in patient education and support, promoting healthy habits and wellness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed.
