Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team in developing and implementing restaurant-specific customer service strategies in line with national goals.
  • Lead a team of hospitality leaders to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain high restaurant standards.
  • Analyze customer service through data analysis and restaurant visits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Launch and evaluate new programs and initiatives that impact business performance and profitability.
  • Anticipate employee and customer needs and proactively address them.

Requirements:

  • Previous management or leadership experience with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of the McDonald's organization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations while maintaining positive customer relations.

Working Environment:

The working environment will consist of restaurant settings with potential evening and weekend hours. Travel may be required within the market area and occasionally outside the market area for training purposes.

Compensation and Benefits:

$45,000 per year, plus travel allowance, medical/dental benefits, and discounted/free meals.
