Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY FRANCHISE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and Requisition Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for peak periods.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
