The Opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to assess our security posture, identify gaps, and enhance our infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess security posture and identify gaps to minimize the impact of security-related events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily operations and implementation projects
- Perform general cloud security activities in compliance with IMP Group's IT Security Policy
- Implement and monitor security baselines in a multi-tenant environment
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders
- Be on call for service outages

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or comparable experience
- 2 years of experience with knowledge of IT infrastructure and services in the following areas: Office 365 security administration, Identity management, Third party integration experience
- Strong time management skills to manage multiple activities and changing priorities
- Knowledge and experience with NIST or other cybersecurity frameworks
- Demonstrate professionalism through communication and overall conduct
- Customer focused – Patient, approachable, and able to adapt
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Industry certifications in cloud security are considered an asset
- Eligibility for Canadian government security clearance
