Wireless Network Deployment Specialist

At NavitsPartners, we are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our network infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining wireless networks that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and develop wireless network solutions that meet their business needs.
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of wireless networks, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Implement WLANs and other wireless solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi, WAP, and the 802.11 protocol suite.
- Troubleshoot and address security concerns, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our network infrastructure and services.
Required Expertise and Experience:
- Familiarity with Dell or VMware products and a strong foundation in cybersecurity practices.
- Hands-on experience in incident management and a willingness to travel to client sites with minimal notice.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
