About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at JC's Hot Bagels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards in our fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers, to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, promoting a positive dining experience.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-food outlet or concession setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
