We are seeking a Direct Support Professional – Residential to join our team at enVision Community Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live their best lives. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

The successful candidate will possess a variety of skills and qualities, including adaptability, patience, a good sense of humour, positivity, and creativity. They will be able to remain calm in stressful situations and have a passion for social justice and human rights advocacy.

As a Direct Support Professional – Residential, you will be responsible for supporting individuals to navigate their daily lives, build skills, and independence. This may involve tasks such as meal preparation, personal care hygiene, and exploring the community. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with the team to empower individuals to make their own choices and decisions.

We offer a competitive wage scale of $17.50 - $20.55 per hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks. These include education increments, extended health and dental coverage, short-term and long-term disability benefits, and a pension plan matching program. We also offer flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and casual positions.

Qualifications for this role include a valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to a vehicle. You will also be required to undergo a clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry and a satisfactory Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector.
