Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized support to individuals in their homes and within the community. Your primary responsibilities will include providing emotional, social, and physical support, as well as promoting independence and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Encourage socialization and community involvement
  • Transport individuals to and from activities and appointments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress

Requirements:

  • Canadian Grade 10 Education or equivalent
  • Full or Intermediate Class 5 Manitoba Driver's License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
