Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Anthony Ochoa. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Administer medications and provide first aid as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in personal care or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community facilities.
