Job Summary

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a Loan Operations Quality Assurance Specialist to support our national sales and lending team on complex loan files.

  • Oversee operations to ensure consistent execution of procedures.
  • Input and verify complex customer financial source documentation.
  • Transfer knowledge to team members through informal coaching and answering questions.
  • Work closely with partners to gather required information to process requests.
  • Communicate effectively with operations field staff with a high degree of knowledge.
