Job Description:We are seeking a creative and dedicated Baker (m/f/d) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods from scratch, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Dough Preparation: Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, utilizing knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Decorating and Presentation: Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts to meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as needed to ensure seamless operation.
- Culinary Experience: Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, demonstrating proficiency in various baking techniques and methods.
- Baking Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, food safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and maintain attention to detail in food presentation and preparation.
