**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for start-up, picking up formulas, and reviewing mixing schedule
- Leave work area in good condition during and at the end of shift
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality
- Ensure ingredients are accurately scaled and put in the mixer
- Monitor mixer system
- Ensure dough’s are finished by the assigned times
- Follow procedures and mixing standards
- Keep work area clean and tidy throughout shift
- Assist in other positions/departments when needed
- Perform all other duties assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalentis preferred
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Be trained on operation of electric pump truck
- GMP and Safety Awareness
