**Responsibilities**:
- Arrive at the station on time and ensure the line starts on time
- Provide relief for the front and back end positions in Bread Line; including team.
- Must perform duties as assigned by Leadhand or Supervisor
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in the SOP manual
- Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
- Adhere to food safety practices and ensure they are being followed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including bending, walking, standing, and the ability to lift amounts of weight above shoulders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility around shift work is required with availability for overtime hours as needed
- GMP and safety awareness
