Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
- Order stock and record incoming stock
- Stock shelves and display areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Process electronic transactions using computer equipment and operate a cash register
- Operate an electric palette jack and perform order picking duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Retail business with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Weight Handling:Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight handling is required for this role.
Experience:1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in this role.
Work Hours:35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
