We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom, processing electronic transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders.
- Stock Management: Record incoming stock, stock shelves and display areas, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Support: Assist with general cleaning duties, operate cash registers, and perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the stockroom.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) regularly.
