Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom, ordering stock, recording incoming stock, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom
  • Order stock to meet customer demand
  • Record incoming stock and update inventory levels
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Process electronic transactions using computer equipment
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Operate an electric palette jack to move stock
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
