Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
- Order stock to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Record incoming stock and update inventory records
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Process electronic transactions using computer equipment
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
- Operate electric palette jack to move stock around the warehouse
- Order picking and packing of customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Retail business with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Weight Handling:Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of stock and merchandise.
Experience:1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.Work Hours:
35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
