About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility (Monday to Sunday). We are looking for an individual who excels at providing solutions and exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and greet all customers (in person and over the phone)
  • Book deliveries and process payments from customers
  • Filing and records management
  • Support the Manager with administrative tasks as assigned
  • Collaborate with sales consultants and team members to provide optimal customer solutions
Requirements
  • A strong work ethic, punctuality, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Proactivity and initiative in continually improving the delivery of our customer experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy and adaptability to new software and systems
  • Ability to work within a diverse team environment

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $16.00.
