About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure efficient resource allocation.
    • Monitor and control inventory, stock, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Employee Development and Engagement
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demands.
    • Standing for extended periods and walking required.
