About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard, and that quality control standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
