We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team at Oakridge Landscape Contractors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all phases of residential construction projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure that specifications are being followed, work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job.
- Manage and coordinate with Estimators, Construction Superintendents, and clients to ensure project success.
- Oversee the hiring of sub-trades, purchasing of materials, and completion of daily and weekly project schedules.
- Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.
- Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings, site visits, and client meetings as needed.
- Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician Certificate/Degree, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to read blueprints and understand elevations.
- Previous landscape experience and a valid driver's license are required.
- Strong computer skills in Excel, Work Pro, Auto Cad, Microsoft Project Manager, and Adobe Reader.
