Job Title: Residential Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team at Oakridge Landscape Contractors. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of residential projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Monitor and control project costs, labor, and material usage
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential project management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract
