Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to demonstrate leadership and expertise
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized support
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's licence to transport guests and staff as needed
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Standing for extended periods to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure to maintain a high level of performance
  • Personal suitability traits such as accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and team player
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
