Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn Edmundston. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to lead by example
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and satisfaction
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain high standards of service
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's licence to transport guests and staff
  • Attention to detail to maintain high standards of service
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Standing for extended periods to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work under pressure to maintain high standards of service
  • Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and team player
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
