Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at The Burger's Priest. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position, approximately 35-40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team management is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate daily operations to ensure they meet company standards.
  2. Plan and organize daily operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  3. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and on time.
  4. Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  6. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  7. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to achieve the best possible deals.
  8. Lead and instruct individuals to achieve their full potential and contribute to the team's success.
  9. Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word is preferred.
