About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of holistic paid media programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive paid media plans across multiple digital channels, including social, search, and display, to drive unit sales, revenue, and growth.
  • Lead the Digital Buying Team: Manage and coach a team of digital buyers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest digital advertising industry trends, best practices, and capabilities to ensure our marketing efforts are always innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with customer journey managers, content specialists, SEO specialists, and ecommerce teams to improve page relevancy, page content, customer experience, and digital sales performance.
  • Measure and Optimize Performance: Partner with the Analytics team to develop dashboards and verify data to ensure our marketing efforts are meeting their intended goals.
Requirements
  • 5-8 Years of Industry Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and team leadership.
  • Digital Marketing Platforms: Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Google Campaign Manager 360 (DCM), Pinterest Ads Manager, Search Ads 360, Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of performance marketing channels, technology, and analytics, as well as a passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry.
