Job Title: Data Analyst

At Sun Life Financial, we're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop analytical solutions to address them.
  2. Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to business partners.
  3. Develop and maintain databases, data models, and data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to business challenges.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools, such as AWS and Tableau.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
