Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Data Engineering team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting insights from our rich cross-industry data resources to drive business decisions and delight our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract insights from data to learn more about our members and distill technical language into accessible language for leadership and non-technical teams.
  • Use Python and SQL to gather, clean, organize, and analyze structured and non-structured data.
  • Analyze consumer data to generate owner-specific reports and explore anomalies to draw attention to trends that can be capitalized.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to automate processes, improve data quality for machine learning models, and add value to our loyalty product.
Requirements
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong background in Python, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Ability to tell a story with data and visual presentations, with experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to nurture relationships across internal and external teams.
