Senior Technical Product Owner/Business Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Owner/Business Engineer to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for transposing business requirements, modeling processes, and performing user research to drive the development of a new pod formation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis on complex programs or projects for major business areas.
- Develop and communicate requirements and solution options in business terminology to all members of the cross-functional team.
- Analyze solutions that deliver the greatest value to the business and use business value to influence prioritization discussions.
- Model processes, clarify requirements, and features to enable effective and efficient development, delivery, and quality assurance.
- Participate in activities that support the team's delivery and continuous improvement through assisting other roles with their work, mentoring, and promoting a respectful and collaborative culture.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, including 3 years of direct hands-on experience in Agile practice and DevOps within an enterprise level, in highly complex and integrated environments.
- Extensive experience in liaising with product owners and developing design artifacts such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, prototypes, and mockups.
- Experience writing user stories, including acceptance criteria, performing user research, analyzing user needs, and solutions, and aligning with business outcomes.
- Holds Product Owner certification, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PMPO), IEEE Computer Society Scrum Product Owner Certification, Agile Certified Professional (ACP), or similar.
- Experience contributing to prioritization of backlogs comprising feature development and technical debt, quality assurance, and supporting team delivery.
- Holds Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification, such as SAFe Practitioner, or commitment to take the course and obtain certification within 2 months from commencement of work.
- University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).
