Vancouver, Canada Pagefreezer Full time

**Are you the newest Technical Product Owner at Pagefreezer?**:
**What we do and why**:

- No one can ignore the internet these days—and a lot of great things are happening online—but we also know that online harms are damaging many individuals, communities, and organizations. It's Pagefreezer's vision to make the Internet a safer place by delivering solutions that transform how people protect integrity online, ensuring accountability, and enabling the pursuit of justice.
- Pagefreezer simplifies compliance and litigation by automatically archiving websites, social media, mobile text messages, and enterprise collaboration platforms for every stage of the information governance lifecycle. We enable organizations to create and share defensible records of their data, quickly and easily in our dashboard, in real-time—every like, share, edit, and deletion.

**What's special about us**:

- Our compensation is comprehensive, competitive, and can include benefits like extended health insurance, a $600 Lifestyle Spending Account, a $1000 annual learning budget, a Tax-Free Savings Account and a matching Retirement Savings Plan and paid time off, if you're in Canada. Not in Canada? We'll create a compensation package you're excited about together.
- Our employees' priorities matter. Career growth? Balancing work and life? Growing your own side-hustle? Helping you live your best life is #goals.
- and you'll be helping us accelerate even faster. Come join a sustainably profitable, small company and see the impact of your work.

**What our Technical Product Owners do**:

- Support the delivery of the product roadmap by managing and prioritizing a product backlog for multiple development teams. Expertly juggle features, bugs and other technical projects into a cohesive plan for each sprint.
- Defining product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for new features, enhancements and technical projects that provide new value to our customers and improve the product user experience.
- Acting as a Product Owner in our Scrum agile process for multiple development teams. Leading sprint planning, estimation and refinement meetings and participating in other scrum rituals where required. Generally championing the Scrum development process with the teams you work with.
- Collaborating with developers to understand the technical needs of the platform to develop plans that balance new product value with scalability, stability and security.
- Acting as a problem solver and distraction-umbrella for the development teams. Making decisions and trade-offs to stay on track towards timely product releases.
- Working with senior product team members to define the product roadmap for your product area.
- Working with customers, customer support and other stakeholders to understand product issues impacting product users. Managing the communication and resolution of these issues.
- Training internal stakeholders on new product releases.
- Coordinating with the other members of the product team to manage dependencies between development teams and Product Designers.
- Collaborating with Technical Writers to ensure product releases are documented and communicated internally.
