About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at First Onsite - CA. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of healthcare projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian building codes and regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge and experience of construction processes and project scheduling in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of managing crews/trades and ensuring high-quality results
  • Knowledge of Canadian building codes and regulations, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical codes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of Xactimate an asset
