About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Professional to join our team at Top Floor Deficiency Solutions Inc. as a key member of our design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals for their interior spaces.
  • Develop and implement design plans that meet clients' requirements, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Provide expert advice on selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items.
  • Consult with clients to determine the purpose of each space and develop plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure that their interior spaces meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in interior design or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position with a variable schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity while working remotely.

Language

The primary language of communication for this role is English.

Hours of Work

The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week.
