About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Professional to join our team at Harleen Sandhu Co Design Ltd. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Estimation: Develop detailed estimates for interior design projects, taking into account materials, labor, and other costs.
  • Space Planning: Create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes, considering factors such as functionality, safety, and purpose.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior designers and staff to ensure high-quality work and efficient project delivery.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and safety requirements, and provide expert advice on interior design solutions.
  • Design Development: Develop detailed plans, 3D models, and drawings to showcase the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
  • Design Documentation: Create plans, elevations, cross-sections, and detailed drawings to communicate design intent and specifications.Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
    Support for Youths
    • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of interior design.
    Support for Mature Workers
    • Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers, promoting diversity and inclusion.
    Work Environment
    • Work Term: Permanent

    • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
