About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Space Designer to join our team at Medico Construction & Design Ltd. As an Interior Space Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Space Planning: Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures to create efficient and effective interior spaces.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space to ensure that the final design meets their expectations.
  • Material Selection: Advise clients on the selection of colours, finishes, and materials, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
