Amico is a reputable organization seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team. Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for entering inventory, matching packing slips with purchase orders, approving and entering invoices into accounting software, collecting payment, and preparing weekly accounts receivable reports. You will also coordinate with teams on credit extension, arrange prepayment, reconcile accounts payable and credit card payments, prepare sales expenses, and perform other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must have an Accounting Certificate or degree, strong attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work within a team environment, and multi-tasking capabilities. Intermediate computer skills are mandatory.
