Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of related work experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing construction projects within aircraft hangars, aviation warehousing facilities, healthcare, and/or high-rise residential
  • Completed post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, costs, budgets, and current construction practices and methodology
  • Ability to determine problem root causes, identify solutions, and anticipate patterns
  • Valid driver's license
