Job Summary
The Claims Agent will be responsible for investigating and analyzing damages and interests, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze damages and interests to determine the extent of liability
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Resolve customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support
- Perform thorough and accurate clerical tasks
- Develop and maintain harmonious relationships with customers and internal teams
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Experience in the insurance industry, specifically in claims and complaints
- Claims assessment and customer service skills
- Ability to argue and reason in litigation
