Role Overview
Coodanup College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator - Student Services to join their leadership team. This role will be a blend of portfolios: Student Services focusing on leading year groups; and, Teaching and Learning leading the school in its focus on high expectations and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead year groups in promoting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) values: We will learn, We will be fair, We will be proud, and We will be safe throughout the classrooms and our community.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and the broader community.
- Develop innovative programs and review school processes where evidence-based decision making will be regular practice.
- Provide outstanding service to students, parents, and teachers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings.
- High level of interpersonal and public relations skills that demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships to achieve planned outcomes.
- Demonstrated professional knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure a high level of educational outcomes for all students.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage physical and financial resources.

Eligibility
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- Hold registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia.
- Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting.
- Consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
