Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  4. Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  4. Experience with Agile development methodologies and SAFe.
  5. Knowledge of SailPoint Technologies - Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ.
Experience Levels Available
  1. 1+ years of experience as an IT project manager, including 1 year of experience in IAM domain and vulnerability resolution coordination;
  2. OR 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager, 4 years of experience as a release manager, including 1 year of experience in release management and post-implementation support coordination in IAM (including Identity IQ);
  3. OR 20+ years of experience of project management, at least 7 years as program management and delivery team management in IAM domain (including Identity IQ) and 10 years of multi-site worldwide distributed team management.
