Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking to make a difference in a patient's life?

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of programs and services for patients.

Your primary duties will include general administrative tasks such as handling mail, typing, and maintaining filling systems, as well as creating and maintaining patient records in our CRM. You will also be responsible for executing administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through our programs, acting as a liaison between team members, and handling faxes and documents accordingly. Additionally, you will review and analyze documents for adverse events, report them, and assist with projects as required.

We are looking for an individual with a high school diploma or post-secondary schooling, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role. You should have experience with the Salesforce software or a similar CRM system, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
