Job DescriptionSenior Digital Project Manager

A challenging role awaits an exceptional Senior Digital Project Manager to lead our clients through complex digital transformations. As a key member of our team, you'll analyze business requirements, develop strategic project plans, and execute them successfully.

You will work closely with senior management, operational teams, and clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your expertise in managing large-scale projects will enable us to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client communications and collaborate with delivery leads to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain consistent and high-quality project communication with all stakeholders, facilitating smooth delivery coordination.
  • Establish project success metrics, constraints, accountability structures, and communication workflows to ensure project goals are met.

You will also be responsible for implementing project governance methodologies, governing the project estimation process, and developing project deliverables. Additionally, you'll establish processes to manage scope with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in digital project management.
  • DSDM, PMI-ACP, DASM, DASSM, DAC, or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale e-commerce solutions, CMS websites, or web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with other team members.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, reflecting the complexity and scope of the role. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required.
