Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our Wealth Management Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital applications for wealth and brokerage customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business value through digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of digital applications for wealth and brokerage customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Develop and maintain Agile project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital applications
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and business partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project management and delivery
- Strong background in digital transformation and wealth management technology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
