About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our analytics initiatives and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • Collect, transform, and store data from internal and external sources to support data-driven decision making.
  • Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
  • Perform data cleansing, processing, and validation to ensure data quality.
  • Explore and visualize data using Python and other data analysis tools.
  • Document data pipelines and transformations to ensure maintainability and testability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g. Python, R).
  • Experience with data architecture and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with data cleaning and preparation.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Incorta) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop/Spark).
  • Understanding of analytical models and how to structure data for model usage.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL Server and SSIS Integration Services.
  • Experience with Python or R programming languages.
  • Experience analyzing and transforming survey data.
  • Experience with feature engineering and statistical knowledge.
