About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Partner Administrative Assistant to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our partners, senior managers, and client service teams, ensuring a high-quality product and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to partners, senior managers, and client service teams, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, presentations, and reports using various software, including MS Office and Adobe products.
  • Assist in the proposal process, working with the proposal team and proposal coordinator.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of time and expense reports for the partner(s) supported.
Requirements
  • Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Minimum 5 years of administration experience, with a college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
