Job Title: Director of Technology and Information Services

About the Role:

T-Net British Columbia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technology and Information Services to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports business growth and innovation.
  • Lead a team of technology professionals to design, implement, and maintain our technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage the technology budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and advise the organization on their potential impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
