Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Benzees Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure that we meet our guests' expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
