Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Riyasat Indian Restaurant & Bar Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, including training and development
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
