Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cook to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
