Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Kitchen Operations Manager at Ricky All Day Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet demand.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
